政府在憲報刊登東九龍智慧綠色集體運輸系統的相關方案。 相關系統全長約7公里,擬設9個車站,兩端終點站分別連接港鐵彩虹站及油塘站,走線途經彩雲、順利、順安、秀茂坪、寶達、馬游塘及藍田北,服務觀塘上坡地區超過30萬的居住人口。 政府發言人說,東九龍智慧綠色集體運輸系統,為觀塘上坡地區提供便捷的接駁交通服務,便利市民前往港鐵彩虹站及油塘站,整體改善東九龍的交通,釋放發展潛力。視乎最終採用的系統方案,由寶達前往油塘或彩虹地區的車程預計約為10至15分鐘。與路面交通相比,於繁忙時段乘搭東九龍智慧綠色集體運輸系統,估計每程可節省約一半時間。 建造工程會在方案獲得批准後盡快展開,預計於2033年或之前竣工。
